 1975    Calemard is a pioneer in the use of ultrasonic slitting and sealing for synthetic textiles. This                 innovation completes the range of slitting and sealing technologies.

 1980's Calemard starts an ambitious diversification program to answer the requirement of new
                applications in the technical textiles, plastic films, rubber webs...

 1993    Jacques DUTEIL and venture capital investors acquire Calemard, bringing along with them a new
                vision and higher ambitions for the future.

 1995    The company successfully developed its business outside Europe (north America and Asia).

 1996    Decoup+ is established as a separate company to develop the business of ultrasonic
               devices.

 2002    Investment in a full scale CRM software (Pivotal e-relationship) in order to optimize a "one to one"
               relation with our customers.
