Jacquard woven labels can either be produced directly to their final width or manufactured in larger widths for costs reduction. The first solution advantage is the edge softness and the resulting comfort for the final user.
Ultrasonic cutting offers an alternative to narrow width weaving. This cutting solution provides very soft and comfort non-itching edges, without overthickness, allowing wide possibilities of uses including underwear.
