 |  Nonwoven webs splicing
Designed to be integrated onto existing lines, Decoup+ splicing benches are very compact modules. These equipments are available either for narrow webs (up to 800 mm) as a module to be fitted on a slitting / rewinding machine or doctor machine; or for wide webs (up to 3000 mm) as a splicing bench to be fitted on line.
The web splicing operation is performed in two steps. The first operation is an ultrasonic cutting action, which splices the two layers together. The second step is an ultrasonic lamination, which enables the splicing lines to recover exactly the same characteristics as those of the web.
