As you know, we offer different cutting and welding equipment, applicable at any stage of the textile production and converting process. From handheld devices for final make-up operations, to module to be integrated on weaving looms, stenters or off-line machines, our industrial range (from 75 to 1 200 W) of proven solutions are specifically adapted to continuous operations.
- For cutting on looms we offer compact and easy to install devices on any type of loom (circular or flat), producing stable and consistent edges, whilst maintaining fabric properties. Reliable and affordable, this equipment is the solution to avoid hot cutting drawbacks and to respect the recyclability of the finished product.
- For the high quality needed for the demanding market of technical textiles we manufacture reliable and accurate devices to cut and/or seal edges on stenters and inspection machines. We have also developed an ultrasonic forging solution to reinforce fabric edges and thus increase product durability, while web flexibility is preserved.
- For final make-up operations we offer a manual range of equipment: autonomous workstation for “stitching” operations and manual press and units for spot welding, straight or profile cutting, adapted to multi-purposed operations.
